Our Jacquard Fabric Range

Jacquard fabric is woven on Jacquard looms where individual warp yarns are controlled independently, creating complex patterns directly in the weave structure — not printed or embroidered. The pattern is structural, so it cannot fade, crack or wash out.

Damask jacquard is typically single-colour with a reversible satin-and-sateen pattern, used in formal wear and table linen. Brocade jacquard has a raised, textured surface from supplementary weft threads, used in occasion wear and festive garments. Matelassé jacquard has a quilted or embossed surface used in structured jackets and bags. Cutwork jacquard has physical voids in the weave for a lace-like, lightweight appearance. We also develop custom floral and geometric patterns to your design brief with no minimum repeat size for sampling.

Custom Jacquard for Apparel Manufacturers

We supply custom jacquard fabric directly to apparel manufacturers and garment brands — not through trading houses. Our Erode and Salem units develop jacquard constructions to your design brief for occasion wear, bridal, evening wear and formal garment production, with both development quantities and bulk production available from the same facilities.
